Victoria Noonan was born and raised in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, where she grew up showing lambs and hogs while training diligently in ballet and modern dance. She graduated from Davis and Elkins College (Roll Sens!) with a degree in psychology and human services and a theater minor. She was involved with Eastern Mountains Young Life as a Wyldlife leader at the local middle school, where her love for ministry came to be. RUF was introduced to her through her RUF fellow, and she immediately fell in love with it!

Victoria loves up-cycling clothing/sewing, all things theater (especially musicals) and Disney, spending time outdoors, her dog (Cogsworth Albus), and making her secret guacamole recipe! She is ready to trade country roads for sandy Charleston beaches and can't wait to meet the students at C of C!
